Bina Bangsa School communication app
This app is a private communication tool for the Bina Bangsa School community. It lets parents view their child’s classroom photos, weekly logs, and menus, and message their child’s teachers directly. Staff use it to share updates with families.
Email us at headofedtech@binabangsaschool.com and we’ll get back to you. Please include the name of the account holder and, if relevant, your child’s class.
Getting started
- Accounts are provided by the school. There is no public sign-up. If you are an enrolled family or a staff member and don’t have login details, contact the school and we’ll set you up.
- Signing in. Open the app and enter the email address and password issued to you by the school.
- Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot password” option on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get an account?
Accounts are created by the school for enrolled families and authorised staff. Email us at the address above if you need access or if a family member needs to be added.
I can’t see my child’s photos or logs.
Content appears once your child has been linked to your account and the class teacher has uploaded it. If something looks missing, contact us and we’ll check your account setup.
How do I message my child’s teacher?
Open the Chat tab to start or continue a one-to-one conversation with your child’s teacher. You can send text, photos, and videos.
How do I change or reset my password?
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen, or change it from the Settings screen once signed in.
How is my family’s information protected?
Access is strictly role-based: you can only see content for your own child’s class. See our Privacy Policy for details.
